Processing Time
- Standard Processing: After an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we generally require 3-5 business days for processing and manufacturing, depending on the complexity and size of the product.
- Delays: While we strive to adhere to our processing times, unforeseen circumstances might cause delays. We will notify you in case of any significant delays in processing your order.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
- Canadian Locations: Delivered within 5-7 business days after the order is shipped.
- United States Locations: Delivery times can vary based on destination but typically arrive within 7-10 business days after shipment.
Shipping Costs
- Canada: A flat fee of $25 CAD applies. Free shipping is available for orders over $100 CAD.
- United States: A flat fee of $35 CAD applies. Free shipping is available for orders over $200 CAD.
- International Orders: For customers outside of Canada and the United States, please contact info@shap3d.xyz to organize your order and shipping rate. Shipping costs for international orders include additional charges due to customs duties and taxes as applicable.
Shipping Carriers
- For Canadian and United States orders, we use Canada Post Expedited Parcel or the USA equivalent, USPS, both with tracking and delivery confirmation.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a confirmation, tracking number and link where you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for all customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
Packaging
All products are packed to ensure their safe delivery. If you receive a damaged package, please contact our customer service immediately and provide photographic evidence.
Address Changes
Once an order has been placed, any changes to the shipping address must be communicated to us within 24 hours. After the product has been shipped, we cannot accommodate address changes.
Unclaimed or Returned Packages
If a package is unclaimed and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
