This project focused on creating a versatile multi-mounting system for the Garmin inReach Explorer+, designed specifically for industries working in remote and extreme conditions like ski patrol and surveying teams. Utilizing ASA for its environmental resistance and cost-efficiency in bulk production, the system featured a main spine mount with three different mounting configurations—1” ball mount, belt clip mount, and a sew-in panel. This interchangeable system met the unique demands of professionals, providing reliability and adaptability in challenging environments.
