Services

SHAP3D employs advanced technologies like Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) and Stereolithography (SLA) to offer distinguished 3D printing services. Every project submitted online is scrutinized by a certified design-for-manufacturing professional to identify potential flaws that could compromise the print or the component’s integrity. Our services also encompass Autodesk Certified CAD Design, specializing in mechanical design while incorporating design-for-manufacturing principles, and a precise 3D scanning service with laser and structured light scanning. These solutions are developed to facilitate a wide range of design needs, with each service adhering to stringent quality control standards and possessing its unique set of capabilities and limitations.

User Responsibilities

Users must possess legal rights to the designs they submit, and SHAP3D reserves the right to decline services to any party suspected of infringement or improper acquisition of components.

Users must be aware of and agree to the inherent visual imperfections of 3D prints due to layer-by-layer construction. Users not utilizing our design services bear the responsibility for any defects caused by improper design or orientation, with no warranties provided for such occurrences.

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

SHAP3D values your intellectual property and assures that designs are securely stored and are subjected to deletion 24 hours post-upload, unless crucial for ongoing processes. Any manipulation of submitted files is solely to fulfill user-requested services, with an explicit promise of no unauthorized use or distribution. We maintain high security with end-to-end data encryption, hourly data backup, SSL certificates, HTTPS protocols, and proactive malware prevention measures to safeguard your information.

SHAP3D accepts major credit cards and payment gateways including VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and direct bank transfers.
