Thank you for choosing SHAP3D, a service owned and operated by Muskoka Research Inc. (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”). As we are committed to customer satisfaction, we want to be clear about our policies regarding refunds and returns for the Services we provide.

Custom Nature of Products

All products manufactured through our Services are custom-made based on specifications provided by you. Due to the tailored nature of these products, they cannot be restocked or resold.

No Returns

Given the custom nature of the 3D printed products we produce, we do not accept returns. All sales are final once the production process has begun.

Refunds

  1. Faulty Products: If a product is received faulty or not as per the specifications provided by you, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will evaluate the concern and may offer a reprint or a partial/full refund at our discretion.
  2. Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded if production has not yet started. If production has begun but not yet completed, a partial refund may be provided based on the stage of production.
  3. No Refund After Production: Once a product has been produced and shipped, no refunds will be offered, except in cases where the product is faulty.

Process for Raising a Refund Claim

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service at info@shap3d.xyz with details of your order and the issues faced.
  2. Evaluation: We will evaluate the claim, and if deemed valid, will process the refund or reprint as applicable.
  3. Resolution Time: Please allow up to 14 business days for the resolution of your claim and the processing of refunds.

Limitation

Our liability for any and all claims related to faulty products or any other issues is strictly limited to the value of the product in question. We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
